Based in Meanjin/Brisbane, Lisa brings over 20 years of experience in scaling companies, launching products, enterprise transformation and sustainability. An experienced founder of multiple startups, Lisa has also raised over $50M USD in investor funding, Government grants and strategic partnerships.

As a Senior ESG Advisor for a financial services institution leading ESG strategy, risk management and capability development across a $14BN AUD business banking portfolio, Lisa brings enterprise sustainability expertise and leadership to venture scale and her Board Advisory work.

She supports founders to scale their impact through commercialisation, growth strategies, leadership coaching and investment readiness. As a Board Advisor, Lisa strengthens governance with an eye on sustainable growth, risk and opportunity management and ESG expertise.

Lisa has designed and delivered sustainability incubators and accelerators for the United Nations/World Trade Office, CSIRO, WWF Australia and private Family Offices, advising startups to go from early stage concept through to scale up and Series B investment.

She has led agile startup teams and as well as sales, digital transformation and corporate innovation teams across APAC, the US and United Kingdom.

Lisa has studied Sustainable Finance (University of Cambridge) and International Business with a Language Specialisation (Queensland University of Technology), Keys to the Boardroom (Next Generation Board Directors), and is a trained TCFD Workshop Facilitator.
